This a grappa obtained from the distillation of fresh vinasses: Coda di Volpe I.G.T. and Piedirosso I.G.T. grapes, destined for the production of the Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio D.O.C.; bain-marie distilled with the traditional copper alembic.
