Description

Red ruby wine colour tending to garnet red , which comes to gain orange hues with aging.
Taurasi D.O.C.G. It has ample and complex bouquet, with a dry flavor, austere and tannic when young, but well-proportioned and balanced when mature.  Infact It is subjected for three years to an aging in french oak barrels.
The aftertaste reveals a persistent hints of plum, bitter cherry, strawberry jam and black pepper.
