Sparkling wine well balanced, pale straw yellow color, naturally fermented in an autoclave. It has a dry, slightly sour but full-bodied, well-structured and a pleasant aroma, harmonious and fine.
The Falanghina Campania is grown in the central area of Vesuvius whose soils, very fertile, are characterized by the formation of surface layers rich in organic matter.
